The pattern by Daniel Långelid is borrowed from a Swedish wallpaper from the 18th century. The large chequered pattern with its strict repetitions is reminiscent of tiles.

The wallpaper is printed using traditional surface printing on one of Scandinavia's oldest wallpaper machines. This ensures a traditional feel.

The product is produced on a high quality non-woven backing. This makes it very easy to apply: The wall is pasted and the panels are glued directly onto the wall.
